Hi, I'm Cristin
Certified Divorce Coach, Parenting Specialist, Holistic Counselor & Meditation Teacher

Why I Do This Work
So many parents are left without tools, without a roadmap, and without support.
I saw firsthand the emotional, financial, and logistical toll this takes — and I knew I wanted to change that story for others.

I created Gracefully Untangled and built my signature program, Untangled & Thriving™, to give parents the clarity, calm, and confidence they need to divorce better:
-
to save money,
-
to minimize conflict,
-
to design child-focused parenting plans,
-
to regulate emotions instead of reacting,
-
and to rebuild their lives with peace and purpose.

My work combines professional training in divorce coaching, child development, nervous system regulation, and holistic wellness — with my lived experience as both a child of divorce and a single mother. It’s personal. It’s professional. And it’s deeply practical.

My Story
I understand firsthand what it means to navigate the chaos of divorce while trying to hold your children steady.
I grew up in a divorced family, and then in 2020, I walked through my own divorce — while raising a two-year-old and preparing to welcome my second son, in the middle of a global pandemic.

There were days I felt strong and resilient, and days I felt lonely, overwhelmed, and unsure of what life would look like for my boys. I had no family nearby, no ready-made support system, and no guidebook for how to do this well.

At the same time, I remembered what it had felt like to be the child of divorce — the uncertainty, the shifting family dynamics, and the longing for stability.
Living it again as a mother gave me a deep conviction: our children get one childhood. They don’t get a rewrite. Divorce is our rewrite.

That’s when I realized: it’s not the fact that you divorce, it’s how you divorce.

Beyond Coaching
When I’m not guiding clients, you’ll find me outside with my boys — at the beach, exploring nature, or laughing together over everyday adventures. These moments of connection remind me why this work matters: because even in the middle of divorce, joy and resilience are possible.

I bring that same belief into every call, every course, and every conversation. Divorce can feel like the end — but it can also be the beginning of a stronger, calmer, more intentional life for you and your children.
If you’re here, it means you want something different: not just to survive divorce, but to build a future that feels grounded and good.
That’s what I do — and I’d be honored to walk alongside you.

Because divorce ends a marriage, not a family.
